Metrics are Vital to understand Organizational performance. They are the eyes of the management as Steering controls. Developing the right metrics and connecting Lead & Lag indicators will help to monitor, understand, predict and control performance of the Organization. When understood and leveraged correctly, they help drive outcomes associated with all stakeholders.
