CII -IQ Business Excellence Team consists of team of Counsellors with rich Industry experience who are adept in handholding Organisations by way of Implementation support. Consulting would involve working with the Organisation to solve business problems, coach and guide them help achieve Organisational Objectives. Consulting support is provided on subjects of Operational Excellence, Business Excellence, Process management, Cost reduction, Continuous Improvement initiatives, Customer centricity, HR, Management system Frameworks as well as tools and techniques that are operational and strategic in nature.

In- company hands on workshops are conducted to help participants understand and apply the concept and cement reinforcement. Consulting involves solutions that are customized based on the business context where capability is built in the client team over a time period so as to be independent.
