OBJECTIVE
Showcase Talent and Recognize Managers who have led major changes and initiatives enabling Transformation within Organizations and enable Sharing of exemplary drive and commitment to the CII Membership.
PARTICIPATION
A team of 2/ 3 Managers from an organisation can share their projects which will be evaluated by the Jury for recognizing their level of performance. Multiple teams can also participate from the same organisation.
SPECIAL CATEGORY
- Outstanding Young Managers (for teams with an average of less than 30 years)
- Runner Up and third prize categories.
- Manufacturing / Service / Sector category based on the Applications
CONTEST STRUCTURE
Teams to register for the contest with a registration fee. Teams to submit their projects as per the template These would be scrutinized for contents, relevance to the theme, originality, application. Shortlisted submissions would be called for a presentation to the Jury on a digital plaƞorm which shall have delegates in addition to the participants.
